Today, I had to rush to school to avoid being late. Unfortunately, I forgot to put a bra on beforehand, and as soon as I got to gym class, the first thing my teacher said was: "Okay folks, let's get outside, we're running the mile." FML

If your boobs are small enough that you can FORGET to put a bra on, you probably don't need one for running.

I've got DD's and i've never forgot to put on a bra on a day i've had gym. You're obviously flat or just an attention *****. It's called hold your **** while you run.

lol im lucky i never have to run the mile since i have excersize induced asthma (really bad ) so even if i do forget my bra (it happens sometimes) i dont have 2 run but im an A cup so running still hurts (expectially during PMS)

How can you forget your bra? You may of not put one on on purpose forgetting it was Gym, but you can't forget to put on your bra. I'm a DD cup, and I'd be mad to even attempt running downstairs without a bra on. It's common sense
