Least you will have a nice smile now!
What a bitch. I'm sorry, I feel your pain. One of my front teeth cracked and fell out a while ago and I haven't been able to afford to get it fixed/replaced. I'm incredibly self conscious about smiling or even opening my mouth. But my friends know better than to make fun of me >:(
Burn! Anyone? Okay no... After that statement I wouldn't think of her of a best friend...but you might think of something that evens it out...just don't prank her to drastically...
After that comment, Are you sure she's your best friend?
I had braces (even though my teeth weren't that bad). Best money I ever spent! I smile all the time now.
Sorry OP, I'm sure your best friend was joking, right? Besides, you're going to have a nice smile after your treatment, anyways. (:
How terrible! If it makes you happy, yes, fix them. Don't do it for anyone else.
She's a terrible friend.
Dead set OP, you need a new best friend. My teeth are completely stuffed, and I had a friend calling me "the mouth" behind my back. Needless to say once I found out, she was gone! Sounds like a toxic friend. Good luck with the orthodontic work OP!

When you get braces, beaver chomp her nose.
Good thing she held her tongue before you decided to get them fixed. You should commend her on her upcoming boob job. "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought for sure you'd do something about those."
