Today, I heard whimpering while I was in my bedroom. Thinking it was my parents doing something nasty, I let them do it and turned on my music. My parents came home from work and I realised they were never home. I went into the room and saw my dead dog laying on the floor. FML

how the hell does a dog dying sound like your parents having sex?

It was going to happen anyway whether you could have gotten it to a vet or not, there just wasn't enough time. But if you are used to dealing with your parents engaging in those activities, you need draw some borders.

Umm..i didn't know that sex and a dying dog sound the same..weird.....

And whoa, wait, the noises you assumed were sex noises was actually your dog dying and you just ignored it? D: And it turns out your parents hadn't been home all along, they had just gotten home and that's when you went into the other room to see the dead dog. Okay. God, that's so depressing...

sorry to hear this, really disturbing though,

awww I'm so sorry :( it's not your fault. I'm so sorry, honey. poor puppy. poor you. my prayers are with you.

haha, that sucks (N). but why would they be "doing something nasty" in your bedroom? : THAT is nasty.

The wording on this FML sucks, I had to read it several times to figure out what the **** happened. Most of these comments should prove my point, although many aren't very intelligently written either. Sorry for your dog and your loss, but learn how to avoid ambiguous wording for the future. Seriously.

this is so awful. i thought it was going to end up with your sister doing something nasty in your room or maybe your boyfriend...but then your dog died. i'm so sad for you, op. i really can't think of anything to make this one sound better other than...at least your parents weren't going at it in your room
