I don't understand why people don't mind eating mcdonald's burgers made out of crap but they freak out eating a dog biscuit.

It's really not that big of a deal. If they're home made, chances are they're made with ingredients you eat all the time and are ok for your dog to ingest. I made a cake for my dog once, and it was pretty much just making a normal cake, but the sugar was different, and the "frosting" was a thin layer of yogurt. You'll be fine, you won't turn into a dog, your life isn't ******.
