Today, I introduced my ex-wife to my new girlfriend. They got along so well that my new girlfriend is going to my ex-wife's house tonight "just to hang out". FML

Michael here... I had to introduce the new girlfriend to the exwife when I picked up my kid. My exwife didn't want my son spending the weekend with me and her if she didn't meet her. They did end up sharing things about me. However they claim that if I think that's all they talked about that I'm really conceded. I think I'm more paranoid than conceded, though.

It could've been so much worse. At least they get along. This will make things a lot easier, especially if you have children with your ex. Would you rather them totally hate each other and be in the middle of a bunch of drama?

psh, that's not bad at all, i wish the same could be said about my mom and my dad's girlfriend (my parents are divorced) my mom's the type to hold grudges, but my dad's girlfriend is understanding and not so closed minded. i WISH they would get along. they never ever met but my mom hates her anyway. atleast they don't hate each other. it's never good to have enemies
