That's so stupid. Never fake it. The first time my boyfriend did it to me, I just couldn't come. I told him I was enjoying it (which I was) but I was unable to at the moment. We switched to him screwing me and the next time he did it, I was able to. If he is bad at it, guide him to what you want (do "I" statements. "I like when you do this" "I can only get off when you do that" so the blame isn't directed at him). No wonder so many peope have shitty sex lives. Speak up or it will stay shitty.
