Dump him and never look back. Why would you have sex with someone you know has cheated on you, or who broke up with you repeatedly to be with another girl? Get some self-esteem and wait for a good guy - not that loser. Oh, and definitely go get tested for all the STD's because there's no telling what other lies he's told you.
