Today, I'm 8 months pregnant and still waitressing at a local restaurant. There were only 3 of us serving today and things were hectic. One guy bitched me out, saying "Maybe if you lost some weight you'd walk a little faster!" because I wasn't fast enough with his soup. FML

Not so sure working at 8 months in is a very good idea. You should be resting. Then again, I'm not a doctor.

Maybe it's different in different places but here I think mat leave can't start that early. Most people I know work up until they have the baby. A few of my friends went into labour at work. My mom actually went into labour with my brother while serving, actually.
