It is the worst thing the could happen to a woman whether she wants the child or not. It is more difficult to take on if you do want the baby.

Pretty sure it doesn't work that way. Unless by pretend you're not pregnant, he means get drunk, smoke, and do drugs. But I'm fairly certain 99.99% percent of the population would consider that inhumane. Sorry you got knocked up by an idiot, OP. Good luck.

A lot of women in denial will do this to try and cause a miscarriage. Anyone reading this, please don't do that, ever. You'll just end up with a potentially severely disabled or retarded child that you have to take care of - that's hard enough even when the child is wanted. If you want an abortion, by all means get one, but do it properly. FYL OP, hopefully baby daddy is just nervous and talking stupid.

You're right and it's sad. Lots of FMLs about preggos drinking and such. I know I don't want kids, but I could never "drink" it out. It's despicable.
