You've got to love the "with whom I have to live with". People trying to sound smarter than they are amuses me.
88 - Please tell me you're kidding. You think someone who says "with whom I'm supposed to live with" has a good handle on the English language?
Old our young, family, friend our enemy, dealing with people is a dynamic process, and they WILL get on your nerves, and vice versa, from time to time . Being able to admit it is a sign of a healthy relationship. So, no, don't feel horrible, just don't punch her in the head. Try saying something, although at 92 years old theres really no chance she'll be able to make any changes.
She's 92 years old, give the woman a break.
Just wait, no matter how old you are, she's going to expect you home and in bed by 9pm or earlier. No matter what she says or does though, remember, she may not have much longer and even the things that make you want to throw HER through a wall will be things you'll miss later on. (Been there, done that, would do almost anything to have her back)

Atleast you admitted it was horrible to think it
Old people test my patience too.
