OP, you are being paranoid and need to go back to high school Biology and relearn dominant/recessive traits and punnett squares. It could very well be that both parents have a dominant/recessive code for those traits so it didn't show up in their features yet the child got the recessive half from each parents resulting in recessive features. If they didn't run in your family either, your sister would not be the mother.
Probably a very long recessive gene. If your husband did cheat on you what a jerk.
