I wouldn't visit them either. Sorry OP. ):
I agree :)
A **** because you DIDN'T wear a dress? Was your grandma wearing a dress? Nothing higher than an ankle dress I hope..
You should become rich an famous, so when they ask for money, you can just spit their words back in their faces.
They sound just peachy.
38- Was that suppose to be a pun? O_o
No, it was supposed to be irony.
You mean sarcasm?
Oh. Sorry, I completely missed that :s I'll hide in a hole now
Am I the only one that find this family hilarious
I think that's the first time I've ever heard of anyone being called a **** for NOT wearing a dress. And here I thought my family was weird.
Well she does not specify if she was wearing anything else. She could have been in the nude.
Sounds Amish or Mennonite wearing pants is considered to be distasteful and crude lol poor girl.
Both of those religions are against modern technology.. So if Op was ammish, this wouldn't be on FML..
She's from NZ, we don't really have Amish people over here.
What's wrong with cops?
I would just loooooove to throw all the little idiots who hate on cops into a room with a bunch of criminals about to beat the shit out of you, with cops standing near by, and see how fast they run to them for protection. They just get all pissy because cops actually contribute to make society work so they may smoke their pot in peace. Shortsighted Neanderthals....
Yeah 104 is right, I love wearing dresses in my spare time. Who am I kidding, I wear dresses all the time!
"Home is where the heart is."
Wrong home?
Well, there's this thing called sarcasm...
Home is where the heart is so the real home's in your chest! Everyone's a hero in their own way!
Home is where the hurt is
Home is where you hang your hat.
home is where your hearthstone is
I normally just use wool and wood blocks to make a bed so I can just spawn at home.
Home is where you can shit comfortably.
#41, doctor horrible reference, I love you man XD
Thats not right, hope maybe one day your family comes to their senses and stop being so harsh.
At least OP didn't get a chair thrown at her.
True There is a bright side to everything I guess..
#40 or an atomic fart
If this FML was a pancake, it would be a good pancake.
Your family has some serious issues then, your father especially. From this one example, he seems very abusive, at least verbally, and I feel bad for you for having to be raised around a man like that. You should try to cut them out of your life, to protect yourself. Don't exhaust your emotional resources trying to change your relationship with them, because they're not going to change unless they want to. Maybe you could try to find a way to talk to your mother, though, without involving the others, since she stuck up for you. She's probably pretty miserable herself, being stuck around that all the time, so she might appreciate having some more communication with you, OP. Your life does suck though, and I honestly hope it'll get a little better for you. I hate abusive parental figures.
Nor should you feel obligated to. They sound like arrogant pricks, to put it nicely. Sharing some gene sequences doesn't make that behavior acceptable.
Wow the FYL is so strong there's currently ZERO YDI votes. :o
And the force failed there is 26 YDI..
now there is over 200! how the hell does anyone deserve this? =/
I ask that same question sometimes!
