I know its hard to stand up to your "friends" because of anxiety but I really recommend you manage to tell them about how you feel and try fix your friendship if they're important to you (assuming they won't do it again). If they aren't that important to you or don't understand how you feel I recommend getting new friends because hanging around bullies will just increase your anxiety and decrease your self-esteem. Good luck!
Don't feel bad about not confronting them, they're not worth talking to anymore.
They sound like real good friends . Smh
I have anxiety as well. I am so sorry to hear that, people like that suck, OP. :( I agree with others, find a therapist you can confide in. It will be tough at first to make that stand, but I know you can do it!
I struggle with anxiety and it sucks. first of all, find better friends. mental health is no joke, second of all don't worry about that sorta stuff, you'll find someone who understands I'm sure of it :)
Well, they might not be wrong
Screw off. My anxiety has been unreal for years now, yet guess who got married last week? This guy.
Currently my anxiety is bad enough to the point where I can barely leave the house let alone talk to most people. Yet I'm engaged.
Don't confront them. They do not deserve the time or effort it would take you to do so. Be strong for yourself, not them, and to do that, you need to rid yourself of any poisonous relationships.
those r not real friends @ all
Those are awful friends brah. They're so wrong. I have an anxiety disorder and am happily engaged. You'll find someone you deserve and friends that accept you.

friends who don't even try to understand mental health issues aren't friends at all OP
What kind of friends are they? Get people that can understand and accept who you are.
