Today, I visited my in-laws, whom I thought I was on great terms with. I soon learned that wasn't the case when my mother-in-law yelled at me about how I've been abusing her for years. Ten minutes later, she hugged me and asked me for grandkids. FML

Today, I overheard my parents talking about my husband. Apparently, they think he's a nice guy and all, but they don't really see him as "husband material." They think I would have been better off with my ex, who doesn't have a job and hurt me both physically and mentally. FML

Today, my mother-in-law confessed that for the longest time, she had fantasies about killing me for "ruining" her daughter's life, basically because I'm not wealthy enough for my mother-in-law's standards. She made sure to let me know the situation hasn't changed at all. FML

She also said said some nasty things about her and I mistakenly shared this info with my “trusted” husband, who immediately told his hot-tempered-momma's girl-IDGAF attitude older sister, who now plans on beating her ass. Exactly! I'm nice, have goals, treat my boyfriend with respect and like he is a king. his mother hates me and its been over 2 years all because I "took her baby boy away from her". sometimes parents are lunatics and you just have to stand up for yourself and tell them that their behavior will not be tolerated. Because if I say I don't want to travel 500 miles back home my bf is the type of guy that won't go alone. she should think about that when she's mean to me on trips that I SUGGESTED he take for her benefit. Sorry got me going on a rant!
