Get off meds. It's your brain, learn to be in charge of it. You can start by having alexandre technique lessons and doing some yoga.
awww, that really sucks :( i hope u figure something out... y dont u try relaxing stuff like yoga and less pills. try everything u can.
sorry dude. acne can scar. try citalopram, very few side effects.
so just take some doxycycline with it. problem solved
Masking problems with medication has always seemed like a bad idea to me. If you have anxiety issues, there has to be a REASON you have anxiety issues. Unless they can prove it's medical, really it is just all in your head. Masking the problem with drugs isn't going to fix it. You need to see a psychologist or get help from some other avenue. Unless it's a medical issue, and then if it is you should find new meds.
he he....you need to get less anxious buddy and you will be out of this cycle....
Gyah ha ha ha, aww, FYL. D: I kind of know what you mean; I wasn't sleeping well before because of my anxiety, and they put me on Prozac and now I can't sleep for more than four hours at a time. I'm okay with it, because I function pretty well during the stay despite the sleep loss, but if it left me sleepy all the time, I would say that the problems outweighed the relief. If you can't deal with the acne, ask for a different medication. Also I think you're supposed to ask how to go about getting off your current meds, because I'm pretty sure bad stuff happens if you just don't take your meds one day. =S
Find different meds. Anxiety issues are horrible, but besides the acne do the meds actually help? Because I'm considering trying to get on them, because nothing else seems to be helping, and some of the things that are triggers for me are things I can't avoid (phone calls most notably. Panic attack from ordering pizza. Puking and passing out because i needed to make a doctors appointment. And then my therapist tells me "stop being a baby and get over it." yeah thanks, if it were that simple I would have done so already.)

Wow that's one vicious cycle. Find new meds?
That's like saying "it's not the knife sticking out of your chest that's killing you, it's your vulnerability to stab wounds." The dude can care about how he looks if he wants to. Just find a different medication.
