If you're a female and you don't get disgusted by an ungodly amount of leg hair on yourself then you're either a hippy or there's something wrong with you. especially if you would normally shave you legs, which OP suggests she does. If you're a male then it's hard to explain why females get disgusted by their leg hair but (most) of us do.

In most cases that could be true, but nothing is black or white. A third reason one may not shave legs is not being persuaded by cultural opinion or by the double standard that women shave legs, whereas men do not. The fourth being the hair is blonde. The fifth is shaving and waxing cause irritation to the legs. For me, I think it all should come down to personal choice. I find it's more about being aesthetically pleasing/attractive to oneself and/or certain people than actual necessary daily grooming. Saying someone is wrong or disgusting in terms of cleanliness for opting to not shave legs is a bit much.

I'm not saying it's wrong or disgusting to not shave your legs. I respect people that have decided that regardless of the situation they don't want to shave their legs. But, most people that would shave to be appealing to a man would shave because they don't like how the hair looks on them either. If I let mine grow too long it starts to hurt, also.

It's actually bad for your skin to shave constantly. During winter, I only shave if I know I'm going to be intimate with my boyfriend. Also who'd going to see my legs if I'm only wearing pants? And if you don't shave as often your hair will grow at a slower rate than someone who shaves constantly.
