Today, I realized that my Twitter profile was very public when my business professor made fun of student tweets in class. My tweet went, "Totally bullshitting this business report" about the report I'd just handed in, worth a large portion of my grade. FML

If you don't feel comfortable with everyone in the world seeing it, don't put it online. It doesn't matter how private you have things set, once its out there, anyone can see it. People share posts, read them over other's shoulders, there can be mess ups with servers where things go public, the list goes on. And never admit to something you shouldn't be doing in writing.

Like that Facebook glitch where bits of people's private message conversations were being posted on their walls for everyone to see.

You never know. If OP does a good job of BSing, may get extra marks for being prepared for the real world.

Keep us updated on your final grade, OP!

Because tweeting about not putting time in on your report is so much more important than actually doing...

I CAN'T BELIEVE TWITTER IS PUBLIC!!!! OMFG!!!

Mostly everything online is public, government can even view "private" stuff. If its on the internet its visible to whoever wants to find it. So lesson is watch what you post for others to see

What a dumbass. Totally deserved it. You failed, didn't you?
