I have 4 nipples (2 extra,) and all of them are functional. When I was little I thought everyone had 4 nipples and thought it was cool that my normal nipples had friends. I was a really weird kid. :P

I also do. And it is a 'birthmark'. And to clarify, not all third nipples have a little bit of fat around them, or poke out. I believe 'triplenipple's case is similar to mine, where its underdeveloped. It shows no signs of being a literal nipple, yes it's defined as a third nipple.
