Most women actually do have a third nipple, it just looks like a freckle or a birth mark.

Don't worry OP. Tons of people have them - myself included. Anyone who sees it thinks it's just a birthmark (which it kind of is) and would have to be told to know any better, trust me.

i also love the username :D also, i don't know if this is awkward or not (but then again, it's not like i brought up the subject of extra nipples or anything) but, if one has a third nipple, where might that appear? like, is it right in the middle, or can it be anywhere?
