Today, I decided to be a good driver and not run through the yellow light. As soon as I stopped my car another came and rear-ended me. The guy told me to go in the parking lot so we can exchange information. So I drove into the parking lot, I turned my head and watched him drive away. FML

Today, I was driving home when a guy crashed into me from behind. I got out of my car and told him that I was going to call the cops. He then asked me if we could move to a corner because we were blocking the way, so we then got back in to move. I looked in the mirror to see him driving off. FML

Small talk? Sounds like a fender bender. Too bad the attorney probably can't see the reality of this situation through the dollar signs in his eyes. You're probably screwed...too bad you had to be the first person to ever rear-end an attorney. Who knows what will happen to your dumb ass.

I rear-ended an attorney once going about 1mph, barely touching his bumper. My insurance appeased him by paying for an alignment and then raising my premium for the next few years, recovering their payout many times over.

#5- I'm sure if you rear-ended someone because they decelerated to 10 mph on the highway in the span of a few seconds and you had on time to stop, that it would be considered their fault. Not that that would ever happen...
