Unless your boyfriend sent them and is going to use them as an excuse to break up with OP. A more possible situation, they were probably delivered to the wrong address, just to talk your boyfriend about it.

What's wrong with people sending flowers to the people they love. well in this case, since you are already committed to somebody else, tell your boyfriend it's just some admirer ! he should be proud instead of worrying!
