I'm going to have to go against the grain on this one and say I think the whole "facebook proposal" thing is kinda tacky. Cute, and he probably had a real ring somewhere, but still. That's just me. Plus, if you didn't want to get married to him, or wanted to wait a while, you'd have to turn him down in front of everyone on your facebook or not reply at all (in which case they would still know something was up).
Ya thats not the best proposal, but at least he asked you. Ive been waiting almost 5 years!
you deserve it. if youve been out with him for three years, it shouldnt be surprising. and if you cant stand things like that, you shouldve dumped him a while ago.
I question how well the social lives are of the females saying it's cute.
You'd think that people would learn to be grateful for random, meaningful things that make their loved ones unique. But, nooo. Let's complain about someone trying something different.

Isn't that a good thing? I mean, yeah it's not an expensive restaurant and real ring ... but I think it's sweet and almost romantic. :)
Don't post a FML because you are sad you didn't get some multi-thousand dollar ring. He could've given you nothing, like some people on here get. lol
