ok..my fiance sat next to me at applebee's held out a ring and said you wanna marry me? lol it wasnt the way i always dreamed but if he had taken me to a big romantic place and gotten on his knee it wouldnt have been him. I loved the way he did it because thats his personality. I think its sweet that her bf did that. its about how you feel about one another not the money or where it was at or how big the ring was.
can't blame him it a fun app
It's really sweet of your bf. Accept his proposal and go shopping together for a ring. Better than receiving a ring you don't like. Creative way of proposing and you obviously play the game.
Hell you should be happy i mean sure its over facebook but meh, he will probably give you a real ring soon enough.
I'm sorry, but I just think this is plain lazy. I mean, if YOU'RE into that app as well, and it kinda means something to you, then that's a whole other story. BUt seriously, the point of proposing is to make it special. Doing it over facebook just seems cheap and lazy. If you're okay with it, I'm happy for ya. Me? I'd dump a dude if he ever did that to me.
Oh, well you don't get a pretty REAL ring to wear and show off to your friends. Stop whining. At least he's showing his true affection for you. Maybe he can't afford a $900 ring that'll probably get scuffed and forgotten? Hell, what if you turned him down and he just wasted one grand on his apparently ungrateful girlfriend? Men have creative ways of doing things. You don't need to be a complete ass just because he was a little "different" in his methods.

Isn't that a good thing? I mean, yeah it's not an expensive restaurant and real ring ... but I think it's sweet and almost romantic. :)
Don't post a FML because you are sad you didn't get some multi-thousand dollar ring. He could've given you nothing, like some people on here get. lol
