Today, I received the newspaper from my hometown. My ex-husband's wedding announcement and picture were on the front page. His new wife has the same first name as me. All my Facebook friends from high school commented on how much weight I've lost and how good I look in my wedding photo. FML

wow.. Real great freinds you got there -.-

Total win for the man in question/OP's ex-husband. One less name to remember while under the covers!

sounds like your husband is hung up on you, IMO if he found someone with the same exact name as you. yes, coincidences happen, but it's really not likely.

well first of all wouldn't the facebook pic show who you really are ? your friends didn't know you got a divorce ? and they don't know you got married again( you didn't we know) wouldn't you post stuff like that on facebook or even invite them? sorry I have to call fizaaake on this one (fake)

I swear half the people that comment on these FMLS are half or almost fully retarded. You're so quick to call these things fake. First off, when she said "Commented on" Doesnt mean they were commenting on a picture on her facebook. They could have seen the paper, and decided to use facebook to "compliment" her. OP doesnt have to be specific and say "Posted on my wall". The comment was in regards to the photo they saw in the paper. If I saw one of my friends in the paper and they did something cool, or on the news, Id post on their wall about it. Just because you post something on someones facebook, doesnt mean its in regards to what ever is solely on their facebook page. I was on the local tv station, and I had my friends msg me on my wall and comment on it. And she stated they were from highschool, chances are many ppl you know from highschool dont know every detail of your life. So they were probably clueless. AND as for the photo b eing on the front page, chances are it wasnt the cover story people, and chances are it was probably a small town news paper lol. It was probably a side ad, with half an article letting people know that the "marriage and wedding section is on this page" with a sample of what will be on the page.

just Shut up and enjoy the comments about the fat heffer. there is no need to write a freakin novel in defense of the fat blob.
