Depending on your jurisdiction, that level of retaliation could be a crime. May even be considered kidnapping. I would have called the police and had them both towed.

If you're in an apartment complex or something similar, take photos and license plate numbers to the landlord if it happens again. That's gotta be a violation of tenant parking agreements. I'm assuming they're parked over the lines,.so it's also considered illegal parking. You can call the cops and have them towed for that. Also, call the landlord, having music too loud is probably a tenant violation too.

Just bash the cars they were being assholes. Clearly they're inconsiderate jerks who only think of themselves.

In a lot of places that's illegal. Calling the cops would have been your best recourse; then you'd have a police report to show your boss as well from the complaint and tow.
