Today, my wife made a joke about the size of my package, so figuring all's fair in love and war, I bought some laxatives to prank her with. They took a lot longer to work than I thought, and I ended up lying in bed, listening to my wife shitting her guts out in the bathroom for over an hour. FML

Today, my boyfriend made me a latte. It tasted off, but I didn't want to hurt his feelings so I drank it. Turns out he put laxatives in it as a prank. The idiot couldn’t just use one or two. He used so many that I had to go to the ER for severe dehydration after puking and shitting for hours. FML

Today, I finally decided to get back at my roommates for eating all my food. First thing that kept disappearing was my water, so I decided to add lots of laxatives to my water this way the first person to go to the bathroom nonstop was the culprit. I forgot I had done that when I drank some myself. FML

Today, I got sick of my flatmate stealing my food so I decided to sabotage a leftover pizza with laxatives. I came back home later in the evening after a night of heavy drinking. Guess what I had to eat in my drunken stupor. FML

Today, my husband has both arms broken, and I have to help him in the bathroom. Not the problem. My girlfriends and I have been pranking each other lately and it's been fun, but they decided to slip my husband slip him some laxatives so that I would have to clean him him. FML

Today, as revenge for a prank I played on him last week, my brother took things way too far and loaded my milkshake with so many chocolate laxatives, I’m now in hospital. I’ve had so much diarrhoea in the past few hours, I’m dangerously dehydrated and had to be put on a saline drip. FML

Normally I'd suggest talking to a partner to try to resolve a problem before resorting to breaking up. However, if you can't stand this guy's company so much that you resort to drugging him with laxatives as a "prank," then you really shouldn't be with him at all. Instead of using cheap tricks to getting out of spending time with him, why don't you grow a backbone and break up? Of course if the bf crosses from clingy to abusive/stalker, that's a completely different situation. But since you didn't mention that sort of thing at all, I'm gonna vote YDI. Be honest with him and break up. You're wasting both of you time!

That's not even funny OP. My best friends girlfriend did this to him as a prank and he ended up in the hospital (almost killed him). F his Life for having a horrible girlfriend that would do that to him instead of talking to him.

Agreed, putting stuff in food is always bad. Had he an adverse reaction OP would've been to blame. Lot of pranks now particularly on youtube don't come across as funny because had something had gone wrong like greasing the floor the person easily could've broken a bone if not worse. Also OP YDI this does count as drugging someone if he had a bad reaction what would you say? It was a prank lol Jk?
