Today, I saw this tourist almost get hit by a cab. After he walked away I complained to my boyfriend about how idiotic people like him just deserve to die. After 5 blocks of my ranting the tourist turns around and says "I'm right in front of you bitch." I hid behind my laughing boyfriend. FML

Today, I was walking when a man pointed a camera at me. I got bitchy about it, and said "Did I say you could take a picture?" He replied with, "No, but can you get the fuck out of the way so I can take one of my wife and kids?" I turned around, and they were right behind me. FML

Today, my boyfriend and I went for a ride on bicycles. After a while, I couldn't see him ahead of me any more. I went back and forth for half an hour but could't find him, and started to think something happened. I went home to call him but saw his bike. Turns out my boyfriend is just an asshole. FML

Uh, seriously? There are so many things wrong with this: 1. How on earth does he deserve to die just 'cause he might have been a little inattentive? 2. Not only do you apparently think he deserves to die for such a thing, but you believe in it so strongly that you ranted about it for five freakin' blocks?!?! That's the true FML. 3. You consider yourself greatly attentive apparently since you think that he deserves to die for a simple mistake. But not attentive enough to notice the same person - whom you took great interest in not only while he was in the process of almost being hit by a taxi, but also in your main conversation for five blocks - walking right in front of you. 4. And then you hide behind your boyfriend? Are you five? If you have the audacity to rant about such an idiotic thing for five blocks without paying attention to your surroundings, then you should also be able to face him. I would've laughed too.

I do that too. Tourists tend to walk REALLY slow across the crosswalks. I tend to make snide little comments too, so it's not like I'm going to say YDI, but I'm not going to say FYL either. Everyone does it once in a while.

Listen, I'm a hater too. Living in NYC...I get annoyed w. tourist too...so yes I would hated on that dude and called him an idiot (I know it's wrong, but I'm being honest here). But 5 blocks, that's obsessive. Plus, does this dude really need to die over this? Also, how did you not notice he was in front of you? Herb.
