OP here... stone has not passed yet, it is taking it's sweet time getting through the ureter, but the ER gave me Norco pills to ease the pain. Doc said if it doesn't pass by Friday they will have to try and break it up or surgically remove it. Thanks for the kind words everyone.

As someone who has experienced the joys of multiple kidney stones on three occasions I really feel for you OP. Last time wasn't as bad, but for the first two times they got stuck in my ureter and the excruciating pain is not something I would wish on anyone.

I'm so sorry OP. I had one a little over two years ago when I was 15. Drink lots of water and stick to the diet they recommend because it's a much better option than being in excruciating pain. Hope you'll feel better soon!
