The only logical solution is to find (even if it is credit) the money to fix your dehydrator. This way you'll only lose those money, and not even lose them as you'll be left with a working machine. Otherwise you'll lose double that amount. Also you can try and sell some of the beef in another form of preparation.
My dad always made us deer jerky and didn’t use a dehydrator. He hung it up in the middle of winter in the shed & boom deer jerky in a few days!

If it were me, I would try to get the dehydrator fixed before the meat spoils, even though it is expensive, because you will probably need it in the future
