Well at least help her learn, if she doesn't get it fast enough then she doesn't have a reason to be there. It should of been vice versa. The daughter got fired and not the mother....
hold off for a while then tell on that useless Bi***
You're allowed to curse on here.
Godammit, Remove those ******* stars, bitch. Chill, I'm ******* kidding. I'm probably going to get my ass thumbed the **** down. Shit.
The company has been paying her for nothing.
Tell that bitch that if she doesn't start doing her share, you're gonna tell the boss and get her fired.
Get her daughter to train you to keep the cover-up alive. Tell the daughter if she refuses, both her mom and you will be out of work with plenty of time to blame a scapegoat.
You want the daughter to train you and the mom? Awesome!! Get pics and video
I smell a blackmail
Well, don't you get stuck doing all this woman's work. And who the hell is going to train you? Hopefully this woman will be found out sooner or later.
Take this opportunity to show your boss that you're a go-getter. Ask if you can be trained by the best performer at your work, so that you have the chance to start off with the best knowledge possible. If that doesn't work (or if this woman IS the best performer) and you're stuck with Mrs. Lazy Pants, then tell your boss she doesn't know what she's doing. It may suck for her when the boss finds out, but in this situation, you have to look out for yourself.
I know it's not fair that she's doing no work and still getting paid, but am I the only one who would feel bad getting an old lady fired? If she's still working, that probably means she doesn't have money for retirement. It's still wrong, but with a skill set that lacking she's lucky she has a job.

Tell the boss!
I'm sure they'll figure that out soon enough. Don't get stuck doing twice the work!
