Today, I surprised my boyfriend at work, only to notice that his neck was covered in hickies. The night before, he texted me saying he needed alone time to get his mind together. Looks like he got together with another mind. FML

Hickeys are really trashy- and people don't just suck on other people's necks-Whether your skin is sensitive or not. Someone is always aware of what they are doing. Hickeys don't just happen- he and you both were fully aware of what was going on. Trashy *****.

kk611- you have a lot of growing up to do, no matter what your current age is. Hickey's make a person (girl or guy) look cheap and gross. If your gf/bf is dumb enough to give you a hickey, I at least hope it's in an area that no one can see. In my opinion, I agree with wilshires1 and think someone who gives/receives a hickey is simply trying to prove a point (in most cases.)

I just wonder if we'll see another FML along the lines of.... I wasnt feeling well, so I told my gf I needed the night off, and took a nap. When I woke up I found my neck was bitten all over by some bugs! But my jealous gf thought they were hickies FML.

Same here. I'm actually pleasantly surprised no one has said something like that yet. I was also expecting to see something stupid like "Your boyfriend? But the post says you're a guy," as if gay people don't exist. I've seen it on another FML. =P Anyway, definitely talk to him about it. Maybe you can forgive him, but if he's been doing it for a while I'd break up with him.
