Message received. Next time, check out the handicap sticker/badge over the car mirror or on the license plate before making a comment. Not everyone fits your visual understanding of what handicap should look like. Some people have perfectly fine legs but have heart condition making it unwise for them to walk long distances.

I see people without proper decals in handicapped spots everyday. There are people that need them more. YDI OP for not being more observant. Look for the decal first.

Although my favorite are the men that take the expectant mother spots. Only 1 person in the car. It wouldn't be the first time I asked when they were due. Or if it was a boy or girl.

Serves you right!!! People who just assume others aren't handicap are the worst! Just because someone isn't in a wheelchair or walker, doesn't mean they don't have an actual reason for parking in the handicap spot. As someone who is one of those who has a nonvisible handicap, I'm glad he hit you.

Furthermore, a lot of people have disabilities that don't show. Beginning stages of MS or Parkinson's? Hell even asthma in some places. Mind your own business, and good for him!
