Oh boy..best time to have sex is when you MOVE out of your parents house. You have your whole life ahead of you. Don't ruin it by accidentally getting pregnant and there goes your social life. I don't understand teenagers..they run and have sex but when they end up pregnant they cry..I just don't get it..
