If you were unhappy in your relationship op, then you should have broken it off way before you even started engaging in intimate conversations with another woman. Nowhere does it say she "beat" him. One unexpected punch to the nose, he falls backward and hits his head. Not that it's OK to hit another person, but a single punch does not mean she had a total hissy and beat his ass. When people get blindsided, they don't have time to think. They just react.
