how exactly did u get ur license?
It's not OP's fault. Some dogs just won't let their owners cut their nails
Or you could train your dog properly
Yes. Pick up and rub a paw. "good paw". Give a treat. Do this to every paw a few times daily. Do it to the ears and muzzle too. Then your dog gets used to being touched all over. Then when he's happy to get touched on his paws slowly introduce the clipper one nail at a time. "good clip". Give a treat. Over time you will be able to do it yourself - and your groomer will love you! Plus then you can show off to your fellow vets. If you let him get away with it your pup will learn squirming and biting works.
You're a vet, not a nail trimmer. That's what Petsmart is for.
You are insulting someone when you say fail out loud to them, and not because it sounds like ugly in Spanish.
This is EXACTLY why I would never operate on my own children. They would also bark, bite, and generally freak out.
How many kids do you have? O.o
Wait until you try cutting a cats nails, that's an challenge!!!
Nah, dat wabbit's claw cut my stomach, jumping away before I could get his. *blush at being done in by dat silly wabbit*
I meant when I say 'fail' in a normal sentence. I don't use it like that.

You really nailed that one! Haha.. That was terrible.
She didn't say she didn't know how.. I think OP's dog would not cooperate with her.
