Hi guys- OP here! To answer a few questions and concerns people have said- 1. I did not tell the girl's parents - I do not have a close relationship with them other than a few "hi"s and talking about the girl's homework, also I am a high school student myself and I do not know how to handle that situation at all 2. I knew she was masturbating because she stuck her hands down her pants a few times anddd... I'm not gonna go into details, but it was pretty obvious

My question is how did you figure out that she was masturbating? Was she wearing a skirt and no panties or what??
It is actually a sign of a child or children being molested at home. Since they are so young they don't know it's wrong. If I were you I would bring it up to the advisory.

It's normal. I know because I did it once or twice when I was in 4th grade.
Guys, it's perfectly normal. I started getting curious about breasts and genitals at the age of 6, which was also the age I started watching **** and masturbating. I was never molested.
for all of you saying this is a sign of abuse it's actually not always. a lot of kid's discover touching themselves feels good. you'd be surprised at how many at this age do.

Wow that's really disturbing
these comments bother me. stuff like this has always happened we just didn't have things like the internet to share it. the kid might not have even known what she was doing, just that it felt good.
