I honestly think he was just making an observation, not saying he condones cheating. The ol' FML witch-hunt is unnecessary, we don't know enough about the boyfriend to make a call on what he's like as a person. We've all said stupid and/or offensive things without realising how it might be interpreted. Take the earlier FML where the guy called his girlfriend by another name while trying to reassure her without revealing her surprise party. He's not a cheater but he made himself sound like one. Unless OP comes along to confide in us that the guy's a bastard, who's to say it isn't the same situation here?

I think some of you guys are taking the statement way too seriously.I took it as him meaning he misses sex, not that he would cheat, has cheated or wants to cheat or else he probably wouldn't have said it.
