Today, I waited in line at a drive-through behind a man for ten minutes. I got out of my car, cursed at him, and then asked him to give me one good reason why it would take that long to order. The man slowly explained to me that he had a stutter. FML

I would not have said anything to the gentleman, but as a courtesy to the other customers who expect the drive-thru to be going quickly and to the employees who get harassed when the drive-thru takes too long the man should have gone inside to order. I work fast food and anytime the drive-thru takes longer than say two minutes at the most to order and get your food not only do I get reprimanded by my superiors but I also get harassed by other customers. So yes he should go inside, he will get better service from the counter and if he is having trouble getting the words out he will get help from that cashier who knows what the problem is.

Wow, you cursed someone out cause they took to long to order fast food and then you made them cry and leave without their food because they had a stuttering problem. BUT I bet you still got yours AND I'd even bet you asked for theirs you fat bitch. Did it even occur to you that it could be technical problem, a backed up employee or someone who is disabled, not from needing fast food every 10 minutes like you but a non self inflicted disability.
