How could you have possibly helped, 156? Offer to hold the first bum's bloody, infected dick while the other bum cleaned the blood and pus or would you have cleaned the blood and pus while the other bum held the penis? Since the infection was in his genitals I have a pretty good idea of what it was and how he got it, and I am SO not touching that thing.
