Today, I was excited to go to a Japanese restaurant for my birthday. When the chef started doing tricks however, my spoiled brat of a sister started screaming and crying in terror. My parents insisted we leave and go to McDonald's because she was upset. She's 11. FML

Today, I went out to dinner with my boyfriend and his mom. The hostess asked if I needed "the kid's menu," remarked how I look "so grown up for your age," and asked what grade I was in. I said I'm in university. She laughed as if it was the best joke ever told. I'm 22. FML

Today, my parents took me to a bar to celebrate my 21st birthday. They brought my little brother, but when the bouncer wouldn't allow him in, they made me wait outside with him while they went in for drinks. FML

Don't worry about it. It could have been worse. I was asked by a customs officer coming back to the US once "Are you all by yourself? How old are you 14?" You have to be 16 to fly alone. I was 17. and almost everywhere I go I'm offered child's fair.

Oh! This ALWAYS happens to me!!!! Sometimes it can be entertaining when the ppl take like an hour to get you your food! On the positive side I guess.....
