When they accused you...were you alarmed?
"The alarms went off as he came inside, he must be trying to take out something he stole!" .... really?
Should of took off running to your car. Once there give them the receipt and just laugh.
As you were walking in? So you'd be guilty of "shopgiving"?
Looks like what you bought wasn't sensor removed or ran over the magnet to deactivate... But walking in happens on a rare case but realising you are not trying to hide guilt but a look of confusion should keep you in the clear
THIS HAPPENED TO ME and the guys was starring and I just sheepishly said "I just walked in!"
Total FML. A real FML moment.
This happens to my dad every time we go to Walmart. He wears steel-toed shoes, and they make the alarm go off when he enters and exits. I've heard of some smart phones also causing store alarms to go off. Still sucks, though.
OP you're smuggling merchandise into the store!

Most people just look around and keep walking if it happens while they're entering
How does this happen as one enters a store? Was anyone else exiting as you came in?
