Today, I was alone with a work acquaintance at lunch. A noise came from his pocket; he whipped out his iPod Touch and said "Sorry, I have to take this," before walking away with the iPod to his ear. Not only did he not want to talk to me, he thought I was stupid enough to confuse an iPod with a phone. FML

Today, my "friend" came over. I caught him trying to steal my iPod on the way out. Proud of myself for catching him, I asked him to leave, only to realize that I had forgotten to actually take the iPod back from him before he left. FML

Today, my crush was walking up to me and I put my earphones in, playing hard to get. When I heard him say something about a date I take an earphone out and say, "Oh, I didn't see you there!" His response, "They're not connected to anything," holds up the end of my earphones and walks away. FML

Today, I told a customer at the drive-thru I couldn't hear him as he had his music blaring too loud. The customer then drove to the window and verbally abused me for listening to my iPod at work. My "iPod" is the headset we use to take orders at the drive-thru. FML

Today, I was going to the bathroom at work. Since I knew it would take a while, I brought my iPod in for entertainment. To bad it disabled me from hearing the continuous knocks on the door as well as the manager eventually picking the lock and busting in. FML

Today, I was sitting on the train when some crazy man started talking to me. I ignored him, and he tapped on my shoulder. He started blabbing and I just pointed to my ears and mouthed, "I'm deaf." He stopped talking. A minute later my phone rang and I answered it without thinking. FML

maybe it is not that he didnt want to talk to you maybe he did have an iphone and you were justt too stupid to realise that it wasnt an ipod, or maybe he just didnt want to talk to you and he got lucky his phone rang if it was really a phone, or you're right and this whole thing is an FML

YOU GUYS ARE DUMB. first of all, ipods don't have microphones, so skype needs one of those headphones that comes with an iphone. and the ipod touch and iphone are very different. the back of the ipods are metallic, obviously. and to make it ring, he could have just played a song on his ipod because it has speakers. almost everyone who posted a comment is super ignorant, or just really dumb. YDI btw.
