If a person you consider to be your friend is telling you you're fat, it's time to let down your wall of denial and accept that maybe you could stop eating so much and get off of your ass ..

well, either your friend is one of those people that thinks anyone over 120 is fat, or you actually are a little on the heavier side. Sure, she could have approached it differently, but again, either she's really shallow and doesn't know what a healthy weight is or she was trying to tell you that for the sake of your health, you should lose weight
