Today, I was at a party. The girl I'm madly in love with referred to me as her 'Gay Friend.' She refused to kiss me in Spin-the-Bottle as 'She didn't want to do anything with anyone that night'. She then made out, and slept with, my 'best friend' whom she had never met before. FML

Yeah, FYL. Must be depressing. Look on the bright side. At least you found out what she's like this way. I wonder how many other guys she slept with right after meeting them. Ew. And if your 'best friend' knew you were 'madly in love' with her, then at least you are now more enlightened as to his loyalty. This might just give you a +1 to your wisdom. I've seen guys like you back in my high school years and these guys didn't know the difference between lightly flirting and overdoing it to the point of being creepy. That really sucks, you're better off without the both of them. I don't know how people can say YDI to that one... Being referred to as her "Gay friend" when you love this girl, that's harsh enough. And why was she playing Spin-the-bottle in the first place, if she didn't want to do anything with anyone? Seems stupid. And I'm guessing it must've hurt to find out what happened with your best friend. That's majorly crushing!

Does she know you are 'madly in love' with her? Does she not have the right to be interested in other people than just you? She's a bitch for lying like that and not just telling you outright that shes not into you. I mean, it sucks to be rejected so i am sorry about that, especially when the guy she turns out to be interested in is your friend. Sounds like you can do better though, find someone who IS interested in you- Easier said than done though, right? Maybe her hurting you like this will make it easier?
