Today, I was at a party. The girl I'm madly in love with referred to me as her 'Gay Friend.' She refused to kiss me in Spin-the-Bottle as 'She didn't want to do anything with anyone that night'. She then made out, and slept with, my 'best friend' whom she had never met before. FML

Calling her a bitch would be pretty damned stupid. She was not into you so she came up with an excuse not to kiss you, quite normal. Plus that probably scored her some points with your friend as she doesn't come across as sluty or as a girl that goes for any guy. Now what you do is try and learn from the situation. What may have made your friend more attractive in her eyes?
