Today, I was at the airport. I was on my way to see my dad for the first time since I was 4. Whilst I was waiting for my dad to find me, a strange man started flirting with me. Irritated, I told him I was waiting for my dad to get me, and to f*ck off. The strange man was my father. FML

Today, after my dad ran off 15 years ago, during which time my mom died, and I had to become my brother's legal guardian and somehow get both me and then him through university while working 4 jobs, my dad turned up on our street. A teenager telling her dad to **** off? Sounds like you two were never apart. When I think of it, a lot of things I say to my daughter could sound like flirting, but I'm just a dad trying to build up her confidence. I've never heard of problems associated with teenage girls having too much self-esteem.
