Well, we cant go to your precious, high end rich store, can't we?
that's ok I ran into a tree once
Wait and see if you need to sue, but don't close the door. I have spinal problems due to a similar fall, that got worse as time went on. Protecting yourself is not being a "bottom feeder".
Haha, I would say the same thing :p But, I'm sorry you fell. I hope your ankle heels fast.
I'm sorry, but why sue? It's your own fault for not paying attention to where you are walking. It's like the chick who sued McDonalds because they didn't tell her the coffee was hot. It could have been a customer, or maybe they were getting custodial help to get the spill. Just be cautious of where you are walking.
Wal-marts have white tile floors, water is clear and transparent, how could it be the op's fault if practically a large percent of human beings cant tell if there is water in the floor.
I work at fred meyers and it is against policy for us to to leave a spill on the floor even when getting supplies to cleab up the mess. Its a two person job. One watchs the mess to protect our customers from slipping while the other gets the spill kit. So Id say what happened is unacceptable.
Omg you rlly go to watch out !
Were you wearing you're pajamas?

Your fall could be incredibly profitable if you sue everyone indiscriminately.
I woulda ran up to you and yelled "SAFE". Then I woulda helped you up.
