Newsflash.... Your Fat!!!
People just need to mind their own damn business. The lady had no reason to comment.
Reminds me of just after my son was born (via surrogate) and a woman who I regularly bought coffee from said "I knew you were pregnant; I could tell" yep, thanks!
Plot twist dunnnnn
Bitches will be bitches.
Haters gonna hate.
I can relate a bit OP. I guess I look older to older people and little kids. Ever since I was 12, I've been mistaken as a mom to my little sister. And her mom is 5 times my size! It doesn't even matter how much I weigh. I was called a mom as a skinny teenager and when I gained weight after high school. Throughout my high school years people thought I was a freshman. It's something that's always been weird to me.
Sooooo, how's it going with the weight loss?

That's the kind of situation where you're torn between feeling grateful because the sentiment is nice or insulted because you (indirectly) just got called fat.
Aww, that would be rude even if you were the mom. :( sorry op.
