I totally get the OCD toilet paper thing. I have a similar thing about bog roll (I don't have OCD, however). My question is: why was there a frikkin' PADLOCK on the toilet roll holder?! Seriously? Are they defending against the Bog Roll Bandit or something?

OCD is obsessive compulsive disorder In many people it can cause panic attacks, extreme irritation etc unless the object they are obsessing about is changed/fixed so it's the way they feel it needs to be Example:toilet paper is hanging from the bottom, someone feels that it needs to be banging from the top, they freak out and attempt to pick the lock on the roll holder to fix it....Or they panic and could panic enough that they have an anxiety attack, which I'm told is a similar feeling to a heart attack You should check out the show 'obsessed' or do some research using the interwebz
You need help.
I have a hard time believing this. Being that I have OCD and have studied it extensively. Mainly. OCD has nothing to do with vandalism and unless you have the type of OCD where you need to be institutionalized for, you wouldn't go to such great lengths to attempt to flip the roll. Because you can just walk away and do some rituals to calm you down. Whereas if the rituals you perform afterwards are so harsh that you feel the need to avoid them to these lengths, then yes I suggest an institution. But then. If this is real. BAHAHA genius.
I would lov to wreck your house
I have a son with OCD and it sucks living with it and him at times. I feel bad for ya OP

Who caught you??
It's hard to live with, yes. Hell, it's hard watching someone you love struggle with it. It's not something to be rude about. People who suffer from OCD have a choice: Panic attack, or doing domething about the object of their frustration.. Obviously there is a correct, or at least best, choice. Most of them don't inconvenience strangers at all, and try not to inconvenience people closer to them.
