Today, I was driving back from school 100 miles away from my home with my fiancé and dog. While stopping for gas, we accidentally left our car keys and cell phones in the car. The dog sat on one of the keys and engaged the locks. We were locked out of the car until the tow truck arrived. FML

Getting locked out of your car for a while is the least of your problems. Trying to get along as a gay married couple in a country that still has lots of homophobes will be a much bigger challenge. Of course, if you meant fiancée instead of fiancé, never mind. You're just ignorant when it comes to French, and I think I've just cured you.

And in addition, I bet your teachers didn't believe your excuse for not being able to do your homework either, now did they?

At least you had ample bonding time with your fiancé

I don't see how locking your cell phones in the car has anything to do with the FML if you were at a gas station... you obviously were able to reach a towing company, and why not call a locksmith instead?

Alright vinny from jersey shore... that's enough

It doesn't matter how far from home you are, you never leave these things in your car. I can understand accidentally leaving the key in the ignition if you just stepped out for a second, but why would you ever take them out and place them somewhere an animal could sit on them instead of putting them in your pocket? More importantly, why would you call a tow truck? You don't need a membership for AAA (though it would obviously be a good idea) to have them come unlock your vehicle. A locksmith would also have been an intelligent idea, as well calling the local police department, as they're able to open locks and are happy to help if they're not busy. Now you not only get to feel incredibly stupid, but get to pay a ridiculous tow truck fee for having them come all the way out and not even tow the vehicle.

Yeah I agree not that bad its happend to all of us, hey I had to break my trucks 1000$ window to ger back in stop bitchin.

At least you've learned your lesson and you were with your fiance instead of being all alone.
